Description
This circular jewelry box is crafted from silver and tortoise shell. The lid features silver pique inlay in a neoclassical design including a central wreath, scrolls, and swags. The silver rim and body are struck with London assay office hallmarks, the lion passant for sterling silver, and the date letter u for 1919. The interior is finished with a light-colored lining.
