This R.A. Lister & Co. Ltd. Wood Craft jardiniere is an Arts and crafts planter of coopered oak construction. The barrel-shaped vessel is formed from dark-stained oak staves secured by two wide brass bands featuring decorative rivets. The structure is supported by three out-swept legs joined by a central triangular shelf. A circular brass maker’s plaque is affixed to both the exterior and the interior rim, identifying the manufacturer as R.A. Lister & Co. Ltd. Dursley England Wood Craft.
