Description
A pair of Japanese salt cellars or condiment containers by Wako, modeled as mandarin ducks. Each piece is constructed with a clear glass boat-shaped base and a hinged metal lid forming the upper body, head, and wings of the bird. The metal lids feature a combination of silver and gold-toned finishes with chased feather textures. The set includes two coordinated metal condiment spoons. A stamped Wako mark is present on the metalwork. The items are presented in the original fabric-lined box with a labeled Wako Ginza ribbon.
