Description
A 19th-century carved antler brooch featuring a central pastoral scene with two figures in rustic attire set within a landscape. The scene is enclosed by an elaborate openwork frame decorated with scrolled foliate and shell motifs. The cream-colored antler carving is secured to a metal backplate. The reverse is fitted with a horizontal pin and a C-clasp fastening.
