Description
This set of six lead crystal tumblers was manufactured by Thomas Webb Crystal in Great Britain. The glassware features a deep geometric mitre cutting pattern consisting of a band of large diamond cuts around the lower body surmounted by fanned starburst motifs extending toward the rim. Each glass is constructed of heavy-weight lead crystal with high refractive qualities. The tumblers bear small circular blue and gold adhesive labels on the outer rims. The collection is housed in three matching dark green textured presentation boxes, each containing a pair of glasses. The interiors are fitted with red satin lining. Each box lid features a gold circular foil label on the interior identifying the maker as Thomas Webb Crystal, British Made, and featuring a central manor house emblem. Each box is secured with a brass-tone latch.
