Description
This Queen Anne style lowboy is constructed from solid oak. The rectangular top is made from joined planks with a molded edge. A single long drawer is set into the frame, featuring two brass batwing-style bail handles. Below the drawer is a decorative scalloped apron that continues around the sides of the piece. The table is supported by four cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. The construction utilizes traditional joinery techniques consistent with 18th-century furniture design.
