Description
A circular brooch featuring a frosted glass centerpiece with a high-relief molded design of a long-haired cat face. The crystal possesses a pale yellowish, opalescent tint and a satin, acid-etched finish. The glass is secured within a polished, silver-toned metal frame with a closed, solid back. The reverse is fitted with a horizontal pin stem and a safety rolling catch. A clear engraved mark reading LALIQUE is present on the polished metal reverse, located toward the lower edge. The piece is presented in its original rectangular jewelry box covered in a gray textured material with a repeating hexagonal pattern. The interior lid of the box features a silver-toned printed mark reading LALIQUE PARIS, and the exterior lid displays the same mark in white.
