Description
A vintage cocktail ring featuring an oval carved shell cameo set in a high, polished yellow gold bezel. The cameo displays a classical profile of a woman facing right, carved in white relief against a brownish-orange background. The figure is depicted with wavy hair and draped clothing. The setting consists of a deep, solid gallery with a simple thin band that splits into three strands at the shoulders to support the bezel. The interior of the band is stamped with an impressed mark reading 10K followed by an illegible maker’s mark within a geometric cartouche.
